Booking conditions
In order to guarantee your booking, a bank pre-authorisation may be made from the date of booking until the date of check-in, for the amount of your first night's stay at the establishment.
The deposit will be returned in full if no damage has been noted by the establishment at the time of departure.
Reservations for 4 or more rooms may be subject to special conditions and additional charges.
Secure transactions
Our site uses some of today's most advanced Internet security technologies. All booking stages are secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the benchmark in this field. Your information is encrypted and protected by server authentication and encryption of data flows.
The security certificate used is issued by the accredited third-party company Google Trust Services and is used by the D-EDGE booking system. You can check the validity of the certificate.
In addition, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls and other advanced technologies to avoid interference and prevent intrusion.
Cancellation or modification of a service reservation
For Accommodation Services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services which must be provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
For each Service reservation, the Special Terms and Conditions specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
Reservations with prepayment may not be modified and/or cancelled. Deposits (sums paid in advance) will not be reimbursed. In this case, this is stated in the Special Terms and Conditions.
Where permitted by the Special Terms and Conditions:
- modifying or cancelling the reservation of a Service by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation e-mail and following the instructions displayed on your screen;
- modifying or cancelling a reservation for a Service can be done directly on the Site via the "Modify or cancel a reservation" section;
- you can change or cancel a reservation for a Service directly with the establishment, whose telephone and other contact details are given on the confirmation of the reservation sent by e-mail.
In the event that a Service is interrupted for reasons for which the Customer is responsible, the full price agreed will be collected. In the case of a reservation with prepayment before the stay, no refund will be given.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause for cancellation has occurred.
Cancellation charges
Cancellation fees are non-refundable if you select a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate. For all other offers, please refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking will be charged and is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the booking online, this amount will be refunded after deduction of the cancellation fee (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).
Taxes
All prices include VAT, but tourist tax and government or local taxes may be charged at extra cost.
Arrival time / Departure time
Your room or flat will be available at reception from the time indicated below.
On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to respect this check-out time may result in an additional night's charge.
It is recommended that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to advise of your estimated time of arrival, particularly if it is late.

Consumer Ombudsman
The Customer is informed by HOTEL EXELMANS of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute relating to the present General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set out in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
Once you have referred the matter to the HOTEL EXELMANS management and if you have not received a conclusive reply within 60 days, you may refer the matter to the mediator using the contact details below.

Law applicable to the settlement of disputes
The General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory protective provisions that may apply in the consumer's country of residence.
